  1. Click inside drop area or drag & drop your file.
  2. Wait until upload and processing is complete.
  3. Once upload and file processing is complete you'll see result page.
  4. From result page click on annotate button to annotate your file.
  5. You can also share your file via copy link or email.

First, you need to upload a file: drag & drop your file or click inside the white area to choose a file and start document processing. When processing will be finished you will be able to click on Annotate button to view a document and start its annotating.

Upload your document then simply copy and share the link with anyone you want or send it via email.

Your files are stored on our server for a 24 hours. After 24 hours all files are deleted permanently.

Maximum allowed file size is 20 Mb.

Yes, when you open a document for annotating you will be asked to introduce your name or your name will be fetched automatically if your are logged in.

Yes and no, annotations made by you or any collaborator will be visible for everyone who has access to the document.

Yes, you can add as many comments as you like for any annotation made by you or other collaborators.

Yes, click on the print button from the toolbar and your DOCX document with all annotations will be printed.

Yes, click on download button from the toolbar to download annotated DOCX document.
