Convert PPTX to CDR Online

Free PPTX to CDR Conversion Tool

Steps to Convert PPTX into CDR

PowerPoint presentations (.pptx) are slide-based documents, while CorelDRAW’s .cdr format is for vector graphics. There isn’t a direct one-step converter, but you can export your slides to an intermediate format and then finish the process in CorelDRAW.

1. Export PPTX as PDF

  • Open your PowerPoint file in Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Go to File → Save As and choose PDF as the output format.
  • Save the file to your computer.
  • You now have a PDF that can be opened in CorelDRAW.

2. Import into CorelDRAW

With the PDF ready, move it into CorelDRAW:

  • Launch CorelDRAW.
  • Choose File → Open and select your exported PDF.
  • Each slide will appear as a separate page or object.
  • Save the file as CDR.

3. Online Conversion Option

You can also simplify the process with products.conholdate.app:

  • Convert PPTX → PDF using the PPTX to PDF online tool.
  • Download the PDF and open it in CorelDRAW.
  • Export to CDR format.

4. Alternative Using Images

If you only need static graphics from slides:

  • Save each slide as a PNG or JPG in PowerPoint.
  • Import those images into CorelDRAW.
  • Optionally, use Bitmap → Outline Trace in CorelDRAW to vectorize them.
  • Save as CDR.

ℹ️ Reminder:
Simply embedding a slide as an image in CDR keeps it raster-based. For editable vector artwork, always use PDF export and tracing features when necessary.
